Refund policy

At Havenclo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return process as transparent and straightforward as possible.

1. Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a successful return, please verify that your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags and hanging ribbons intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.

  • Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be shipped to our designated facility listed in Section 4.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Conditions

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on "Sale" are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

  • Sign of Use: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Expired Window: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

We believe in transparent pricing, so there are no hidden fees:

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

  • Return Shipping Cost (Customer Remorse): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Return Shipping Cost (Defective/Damaged): If the item arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect product, Havenclo will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately for a prepaid return label.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

  4. Tracking: For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds & Inspection

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for our team to inspect your return after it reaches our warehouse.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment.

  • Refund Timeline: It typically takes 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at hello@havenclo.com.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@havenclo.com.
