1. Shipping Scope

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Over 200 countries and regions worldwide

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Your total waiting time is calculated as:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding major holidays).
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CT). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Import Fees: Havenclo is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Note: For most orders sent via standard mail, additional customs fees are rarely charged. However, please check your local customs policy for more details.

6. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Accuracy: Please ensure all shipping information (address, phone number, email) is correct at checkout. Havenclo is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not recommend using P.O. Box addresses for express shipping.
  • Military Bases: Unfortunately, we currently cannot deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you do not receive your package within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us at hello@havenclo.com.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
