4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx).
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import Fees: Havenclo is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Note:Â For most orders sent via standard mail, additional customs fees are rarely charged. However, please check your local customs policy for more details.
6. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Accuracy:Â Please ensure all shipping information (address, phone number, email) is correct at checkout. Havenclo is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

P.O. Boxes:Â We do not recommend using P.O. Box addresses for express shipping.

Military Bases:Â Unfortunately, we currently cannot deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If you do not receive your package within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us at hello@havenclo.com.
- If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
